Anam Cara Women's Groups
When women circle, the sacred happens. Together we will talk, paint, dance, and drum our prayers, hopes, struggles, and dreams. We will learn to speak from the heart and reconnect with lost aspects of ourselves.
Women's circles honor women by giving them a chance to be their full selves. A woman's circle may help you improve your sense of worth and increase joy in your relationships as you strengthen the weave between heart, mind, and body.
A new circle forms this September for women between the ages of 24 and 34. Another circle forms in October for women between the ages of 35 and 45. Circles take place in Contra Costa and Marin Counties .
